 Split Lubticators |
| Lubricator is splitted in two parts. i.e |
| Ventury with oil control valve : - Ventury can be welded on air pipe |
| Oil Tank :- can be fitted anywhere on rig where sufficient place is available. |
| Oil tank will be connected with ventury with help of air-hose pipes. |

| Lubricating Pump |
'Spinc' Lubricating Pump is designed for lubrication of compressed
air driven tools. It introduces measured quantity of lubricating oil to Compressed Air-Line, connecting compressor to air driven tool (e.g. hammers in case of drilling rig).
The pump is designed for continuous duty and to deliver equal quantity of oil per stroke. The maximum oil delivered per stroke is 2.5 C.C.
The oil quantity can be incressed or decreased by adjusting number of strokes
per minuts with help of timer. The pump is useful for Air Line, having pressure
upto 400 P.S.I. The Timer is operated by 24 V- battery available on Truck, Hence
it is very convenient to operate in mines or fields where electric power is not available. |
