Born in the year 1974, Mr. Patil has travelled & lived across the country during his early years, he developed interest in Architecture & history in his young days, having completed his training in Architecture in the year 1997 from Academy of Arhitecture, Mumbai. An avid adventurer, his interests include Motorcycling, reading & adventure sports.
He worked for a period of 5 years for various Architects before founding Core Group. |

Born in the year 1975, Mr. Bhayani studied in Somaya’s college Mumbai, He graduated from Pillai’s College of Architecture, Navi Mumbai in the year 1998. He has a keen interest in sports & likes reading & travelling.
He accumulated a wide range of experience in the field during his job & established Core Group as a partnership firm. |
